Arpi's Phoenicia Deli

I've always like Phoenicia Deli.  They recently moved from their little restaurant into this brand new, updated digs.  Good food, I love the set up.  I wish they has this inside the loop.  All the good Mediterranean is always outside the loop, why?!!!!
